- Parents can cancel their party with a full refund up to 2 weeks in advance. After that, all fees are non refundable. However, parties may be rescheduled up to 7 days prior, to the next available convenient time slot at no additional cost. For more information or to cancel your party, call the facility.
Waivers / Guest List / Participants
- All participants must have an online waiver completed and signed prior to the start of the party. Waivers can be completed through the Indianapolis website or at the facility. It must be the Indianapolis location as we are not electronically connected to the other Zip City locations.
- Any participant that does not have a completed and verified waiver at the party’s scheduled start time will not be able to start until it is complete. This will cut into their 90 minutes.
- Guest list must be received 48 hours prior to scheduled party. It will need first and last names and either name of person creating account or birthdate of participant. The 48-hour timeline is a chance for us to verify all your guests and communicate with you those that do not have a signed waiver on file. Not sending in your guest list may cut into the kids play time while we verify your participants eligibility.
- Participants must be 3 years and weigh at least 35 pounds and may not exceed 250 pounds. Every participant is subject to being weighed prior to start of the party.
- The person that booked the party needs to arrive 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. Guests should arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time.
- Your final count will be determined the day of your party based on who is participating.
- You can bring birthday cake, cupcakes, or cookies. No ice cream or ice cream cakes.
- No other outside food or drink is permitted.
- Zip City provides plates, cups, utensils, and table cloths (Zip City green and white).
- You can bring your own decorations. No confetti, silly string, piñatas or noise makers.
- Goodie Bags are permitted but must to be handed out at the end of the party.
- Parents of participants are welcome into the facility at no charge to watch and relax.
- Confirmation Emails are sent within 48 hours of booking. Please check Spam or Junk folders.
- Your remaining balance will be due before your party starts. Hosts cannot start the party until the final payment is made.
- Gym shoes are required except for trampoline attractions, where socks are required. Crocs are not acceptable.
